Alaric ElectroMechanics Inc. designs, develops, and  manufactures mechanical and electromechanical devices from metals, plastics, and composite materials. We specialize in low-cost instrumentation systems and subassemblies used in environmental monitors, meteorological monitors, and remote sensing devices. We design and manufacture devices for other companies, agencies, and individual users.

All of our designs incorporate innovative features, and a very high standard for form, function, efficiency, cost reduction, and intuitive operation. We design and manufacture all of our products using high quality materials, under a comprehensive quality management system.

We place emphasis on vision, challenging assumptions and advancing the state of the art in all of our products. We demand excellence from ourselves, and we think it shows in our products.

History

We started out as a small research and development project in 2005, for the purpose of developing contract electrictromechanical subassemblies and parts used in scientific instruments and outdoor equipment. Some of our early projects included motion sensing cameras, water level encoders, particulate dispersal systems, and outdoor adventure gear.

Alaric ElectroMechanics was incorporated in 2012 with a goal to focus primarily on the need for a new generation of advanced, low power, low cost ambient air quality monitoring equipment for 21st century applications.

Made In the USA

In order to provide the highest level of quality and accountability, we perform all of our production activities in the USA, including:

• Documentation
• Electronics
• Software/Firmware
• Technical Support

We also use as many American made components as possible, right down to minor hardware. In cases where a component must be obtained from other countries, we select items from companies with a reputation for high quality, such as Swiss motors and German filter materials.
